I admit I have disappeared a bit lately. With the end of the racing season here and my training slowing down for the time being there hasn't been much to write about.
I did compete in my first "adventure run" Nov 8th that is part of the Salomon Don't Get Lost Series (www.dontgetlost.ca). This was more of a fun event for me and it was good to keep me running and training deeper into the fall season.
Not too much to say about the race. It was a good run and I will do other races in the series simply for training purposes. While there isn't really tough nav in the race it sure makes you pay attention to the finer details.

In the end I was responsible for losing our timing chip and getting us the DNF. It also cost me $35 bucks!
